A:our cat litter box have one year warranty.the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If the box fails due to our defect during this time, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you. You know the shipping cost is so expansive. We usually will replace the new one for you. However, For the warranty will not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper cleaning.

If your cat litter box fails after the warranty period has expired, you can also contact us to solve the problem for you

Even if the warranty has expired, it may be worth contacting us to see if we can offer any assistance or advice for you. We may be able to provide guidance on repairing the product that you can try to repair it by yourself. we may also offer a discounted replacement for you. You can buy the new one for discount or buy the damage part to replace it.

2.  Does the app can work on IOS and Android?

A: Yes,you can via user manual to download app.In Android ,The app called Smart Life.In IOS,The app called Tuya.You can scan the code to download Android app.Or you can search “tuya app”in the app store to down load it.

3.  Is APP available in English or other languages?

A: The app language is according to you phone language.If your phone language is English,it will be English version.If your phone language is other language,it will be other language version.

4.  Is it noisy when it work?

A:when it work,the sound is less than 40 dB

5. when it dirty how to clean it?

A:The bucket can be disassembled directly by washing.

6. Whether the kitten can use this litter box?Is there an age requirement for cat?

A:we are specify the cat age of use,but this cat litter box is not harmful to the kitten.It turn very slow to protect cat.It also have radar sensor and gravity sensor.when the cat come here or into the cat litter box,it will stop work.

7. Does this product have CE certification? Why in your CE certification don’t have CA230 model?

A:Our cat litter box have CE and RHOS certification.The model on CE certification is MSD-01,not called CA230

8.  How to use the move odor function? How does it worked?

A:On the panel ,it have the button of remove odor just need to press it,or you can use app to control it use remove odor function.Maybe some have doubt for this function. When you start it,it doesn’t have UV linght or wind out how it worked.Same odor cleaning system as refrigerator.Physical isolation + negative pressure system clean taste

9. If I want to upload it on my online store,I need some picture and video,could you give me?

A:you just need to ask our sale for the picture and video,we also can adjust it according to your needs.to add your logo or other things both okay.

10. Can I customize the LOGO/Color/Box/Manual?

A: Logo can print on the here

Second is screen printing on it

For change color,the circle and panel change color MOQ is 400PCS,the whole device change color need 1000PCS

About packing box if you just want to put sticker on it,we may put it for you for free.

About Manuals can be customized with MOQ 500pcs without extra charge. If less than 500pcs, the extra charge need to be confirmed with sales manager. If you couldn’t order 500PCS but you want to customize the user manual.you can customize it 500PCS manual,for the rest you can use for your next order.
